2.Communication is key
The success of a scrum project is dependent on the team’s ability to communicate clearly and frequently. It is your responsibility as a scrum master to keep the development team, product owner, and stakeholders informed at all times. Make sure everyone understands the goals and responsibilities, and that they are updated on a regular basis.
3.Be in line with the Agile principles
As a scrum master, you’re in charge of ensuring that the entire team adheres to Scrum’s rules and principles. You’re the one who instructs the team on all Agile techniques. So, check in with the Agile principles every now and then to make sure that all you’re doing is in line with them.
4.Involve the team in continuous improvement.
The team tries to find ways to improve the process during the retrospective, based on their sprint experiences. Ensure that everyone is encouraged to think about the process and to reflect on it during the process. This is critical for the team to continue to improve.
