The Scrum Master serves as a link between the planners and the doers, and it is their responsibility to ensure that everyone is on the same page. A great Scrum Master understands exactly what tools and resources a team requires to achieve their objectives while also removing any potential obstacles or distractions.

Familiarize yourself with everyone on the team. What are their strong and weak points? What kind of personalities do they have? Are you familiar with the team’s dynamics? Do you know who the spouse is and what their hobbies are?
Make an effort to learn more about the people on your team. If you get to know them well, you’ll be able to figure out how to make them work better together.
2.Communication is key
The success of a scrum project is dependent on the team’s ability to communicate clearly and frequently. It is your responsibility as a scrum master to keep the development team, product owner, and stakeholders informed at all times. Make sure everyone understands the goals and responsibilities, and that they are updated on a regular basis.
3.Be in line with the Agile principles
As a scrum master, you’re in charge of ensuring that the entire team adheres to Scrum’s rules and principles. You’re the one who instructs the team on all Agile techniques. So, check in with the Agile principles every now and then to make sure that all you’re doing is in line with them.
4.Involve the team in continuous improvement.
The team tries to find ways to improve the process during the retrospective, based on their sprint experiences. Ensure that everyone is encouraged to think about the process and to reflect on it during the process. This is critical for the team to continue to improve.
5.Praise your team
No one wants to hear false praises,so avoid that . Let your team members know when they do a good job. It’s likely that they aren’t hearing it often enough.
6. Protect your team
You must understand this if you want to be a great scrum master. You must safeguard the team from stakeholders or product owners who place unreasonable demands on them. This demand would increase the pressure on the team, resulting in a drop in the quality of their work.
You would be available to the team as their mentor. Furthermore, you must guard your team against complacency.
7.Listen to your team
When you, as a mentor, notice that the team is having difficulty with something, it’s almost always instinctive to offer to jump in and help. Listening to them and asking them what they think the best solution to the problem is is a useful piece of advice.
