Goals to make it Afari skinscare more popular and have more opportunity to meet more customers: Make products to sell more various site like Amazon, Ebay and shoptify. Afari Skincare sell their products only their official website right now. They make skin-friendly skincare products using African’s soil and other nature things. These days eco-friendly and skin-friendly products that don’t have chemical experiment is getting more customers attention. Because using eco-friendly natural and organic ingredients are in the spotlight as people’s interest in a healthy life increased. And its popularity is that it has less irritation to the skin that has been accustomed to chemical ingredients, and it helps the skin health in the long run because it boosts the skin’s own immunity.

  Afari’s clients can be various types. Because not only female like before but also male have interest about caring themselves. Like taking care of their skin care and using beauty products are important both of them. And through the segmentation about beauty industry clients, most clients are charged between 33 to 54 years old. So we can choose our clients to the 33 to 54 years old customers.  Consumers’ interest and awareness of cosmetics made with eco-friendly and healthy natural and organic ingredients has increased, and the demand for natural organic cosmetics is increasing. In particular, in advanced countries such as the United States and Germany, the proportion of natural organic cosmetics market is increasing. Based on this, the size of the global organic market is continuously growing by 15-20% every year.Using this, E-commerce can help to improve their products more popular and meet many customers other countries and national customers. E-commerce have 3 big positive things. First, online live selling. You can sell it in online transaction for 24/365 and to the domestic and national clients. It’s the reason why E-commerce set more than 40 percent in transactions price. Second, it’s small capital start-up. Afari is not a big company that have big capital to sell their products nationally. But using E-commerce helped their company to promote their products with small amount of promotion fee so it helped to make it even it‘s not a big capital company. Third, the change of notice about E-commerce. Buying good products with reasonable prices and easily shipping system made changing notice about E-commerce. So it let them customers know E-commerce products are low price with high qualified.
