ALVARO ARCHITECTS DIGITAL MARKETING PLAN

Alvaro Architects is an Australian based architecture studio. Established in 2015 our principal belief is to incorporate the environment and sustainability into each design. We look to the past as we determine the best design to fit each site. Our firm has been involved in numerous project types including residential, commercial, industrial, and public buildings. Our firm has had the opportunity to expand our reach through works in Italy and Fiji.

Alvaro Architects believes in creating experiences in architectural design.  We incorporate our clients and our own nostalgia in each design. We will show you how to create and manage a digital marketing plan.

1. STRATEGY ANALYSE

TARGET AUDIENCE:

The strategy for  Alvaro Architects wants to focus on the  developments of dual occupancy, passive housing and sustainable living for people who are looking for a new first house or wanting to knock down and rebuild.The ages can vary due to what the clients needs are and what their goals are.  Also targeting various local councils and developers wanting to develop on certain sites. Another important factor to consider is location. We currently have 2 locations 1 in Wetherill Park in Sydney and 1 in Balmain in the City Center.  We are targeting potential clients around these areas and surrounding councils.

COMPETITORS


Due to such a high demand in the construction and building industry the competition is high. Especially due to COVID-19 as the price drops in the housing industry the demand for building is high.
Here is a list of possible competitors:

–  Other architects in those two local communities
– Companies with a bigger client base which means more connections than a smaller business.

2. OBJECTIVES AND GOALS
These objectives and goals represent the mission and vision of Alvaro architects. These are classified as SMART Specific, measurable, attainable, relevant and time-based.

SHORT GOALS TERM (3-6 MONTHS)
– Get a social media process going

– Gain followers on Instagram so the brand is made aware

– To win 1 or 2 jobs in the next 6 months due to social media campaign

  
LONG TERM GOALS (1-3 YEARS)
–  Branding in place

– Move towards the passive house designs

– Move towards selected projects

      3. STRATEGY AND ACTION

  • Increase traffic by implementing SEO, internal links, Google Analytics, Google my business, instagram, Linkedin, facebook. 
  • Content Marketing 
  • Blogging
  • Hashtags
  • Email Marketing 
  • Tracking Reviews
  • Social Media ad campaigns Mainly Facebook.


    4. CONCLUSION

    There are many  digital marketing plans, this plan completely outlines everything that Alvaro Architects needs to increase brand awareness. The plan incorporates many strategies that include but are not limited to: content marketing, SEO, email marketing, ad campaigns, an established social media presence, reviews, and measuring success.
