It is important for any digital marketing venture to set out a definite process of how to let people know 

Mandlethu Creative Agency Survey Camp is a customer review platform that aims to improve business-customer relationships across the board.

Goal and objectives of the business

This business review platform exists to improve business-customer relationships, by letting customers review their experience of a particular brand, through actions such as rating a business, commenting on a business’ posts or page and/or participating in surveys that the business account hosts. In this way, a business can have a unique observation of how each customer thinks and find common data points (amongst a pool of customer reviews) to utilize as market research to adjust a particular aspect of the business as a strategic move.

Three main goals

  • To pilot test the platform in the real world, so that any mistakes discovered can be removed.
  • To find more server space so that functional capabilities of the platform can be optimized, i.e. posting a video is ideal instead of posting YouTube links
  • To reach critical mass on the website (1+million users) and create a mobile application version of Survey Camp.

Three supporting goals

  • To receive 100 visits of traffic on the platform site per day.
  • To generate traffic from the 4 platforms: Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter.
  • To use Google’s Digital Marketing Tools to generate traffic to the platform.

Key Performance Indicators

The KPIs used are based on the digital marketing strategies that are used. 

KPIs used are: 

  • Conversion rates
  • Qualified Leads
  • Uniques visitors per day
  • Cost per conversion
  • Return On Investment
  • Click-through rate on paid advertisements

As previously mentioned, Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and Twitter are the main social media platforms that are used to reach the target audience. This will be done mainly through engaging content that is created and posted with a call-to-action to increase conversions.

Our target audience are small businesses whose owners are struggling to meet customer expectations because of no knowledge or resources for market research. The owner is also looking for cheap, fast and effective methods of attaining their market’s data. Whether the business conducts market research at the early stages of their business or at intervals throughout the business journey; the business review platform is a good tool to use as a point of reference by the business owner whenever need be.
