Attract: In order to attract our customers and views, we have used the most valuable social media platforms like Pinterest, Instagram, Blogs and Podcasts. Most users are active around 4 hrs every day on social media either on Facebook, Instagram, or engaging with blogs and articles. By providing our website link in the bio section of our social media handles, and in the posts section, we will be able to divert our followers to visit our website thereby generating higher traffic. Every blog we upload on our site will be optimised with the right set of keywords curated for each blog which will help in the SEO and will pop on the search results when people are looking for similar content. We have used the podcasts feature on YouTube for those set of audience who prefer to have audio generated information rather than reading loads of textually cramped blogs.
Get Leads: Once we are able to attract our audiences on our social platforms, they will begin following us to stay updated with our upcoming events and offerings. These followers gained on Instagram, YouTube, Pinterest and direct subscription will be our potential leads for Sociocrack.
Engage and Nurture: We at Sociocrack are aiming at creating a vast online community of people to engage among themselves where asking problems and providing relevant solutions will be given by the people joining the community. We will be acting as strong mediators to monitor, control and act on the community to protect the community guidelines. This online community will help create a culture among Social Media enthusiasts to carry out their discussions in one place rather than on miscellaneous non-trusted websites. In addition to that, keywords used within the community will also boost our SEO for Sociocrack.
Convert: The community will deliver a sense of trust among the members and users. Which is when they will be ready for getting converted as our customers without hesitation. All our community members and social media followers will be sent Emails regarding our latest blogs, newsletter or about our recent offerings for them. Every blog we post on our website will be shared on our Instagram stories as it is a widely used platform for promoting externally linked content.
Measure: Weekly measuring of the results and analytics of our campaigning and inbound strategies will provide us with insight regarding our followers to sales ratio which will determine the areas of improvement for strategizing our inbound marketing.
Pinterest is a highly reputed platform for blogs and article writing, but we will be using Sociocrack as a platform for reaching a larger set of audience. For every pin on our Pinterest account, we attach images like above which have a yellow background and black text which go with the colour scheme of our logo. We have used yellow and black to signify and trigger specific emotions like energy, positivity, dominance, depth, intensity and stability. The most significant feature is its website colour scheme. It allows the user to control the colour scheme in his/her way by not overly dominating it’s red and white colour scheme unlike YouTube.
The most common techniques that most digital marketing agencies use on Instagram is to post pictures with bold text to highlight and attract an audience, which can be useful sometimes but Instagram’s algorithm does not promote such posts, leading to poor reach. We have used a different approach of using abstract images with our blog titles in the caption section, which allows a user to stop by while scrolling and increases retention. Providing the blog link in the bio of our Instagram account and using relevant hashtags curated for each blog post, will help us reach more people.
We have formulated steps to engage with our audience more effectively. By following the above steps, starting with Using relevant hashtags for every post will help us boost and gain more reach in our audience. By engaging with posts that make us of similar hashtags, the algorithm will place us in the recommendations tab of other users and thereby allowing us to connect with them. Connecting with them will give us more likes and comments and we will reply to each comment on a daily basis. Each new follower on our account will receive a customised welcome message in their DM. This will emote a warm feeling of comfort between them and us.
