You can also promote your new menu offerings to keep your loyal customers coming back and new customers to try your restaurant.
4 – Create marketing and advertising opportunities online. You can advertise your restaurant on various social apps and also websites. You can offer some coupons or interesting deals to the customers who come to your restaurant after seeing your online ad. Another thing is giving gift vouchers. It is a marketing strategy in itself because when someone receives this voucher, they will visit your restaurant one more time.
5 – Do some good and gain free publicity. You can provide food to homeless people or nonprofit organizations. You can organize nonprofit events at your restaurant. This would make people want to write about you and your restaurant. You can get lots of positive feedback and people would just come to your restaurant because they support you. Such public relations activities attract and influence new customers or potential repeat customers.
6- Customer Shares – Rewarding:
When your customer experiences a product at your business, they are more likely to tag and share it on Instagram, tweet about it, or comment on TripAdvisor. You can see that these posts are mostly made without a brand logo but with a location tag. Potential customers, on the other hand, are more likely to be influenced by or guided by the impressions of people who have tried the business before them.
By rewarding customer shares without a specific campaign, it can be contributed to increase the natural share rate. In this way, you can reach a wider and more accurate user base thanks to user-generated content about your business.
