Strategy Plan for Thyme Studio Flower Shop

What is Thyme Studio?

Thyme Studios is a floral service based in Toronto, ON, Canada. They focus on creating floral arrangements for weddings and provide a one-stop shop for fresh flowers, dried arrangements, and other creative bouquets. When you walk into Thyme Studios you can pick up a grab and go bouquet, create a custom bouquet or you can ask about their floral boxes. العاب سلوتس They provide an experience where you can shop and create something that is personal, the two locations within downtown Toronto are warm, welcoming and provide customers with a beautiful interior making the shopping experience even more exciting. 

The Strategy Plan 

Digital marketing is becoming seemingly important for brands and businesses to implement as they are able to reach their specific audience, but before you jump into the digital marketing world you need to make sure you are developing a strategy plan. 

What Strategy Plan Would I Use? 

Step One: Researching their current target audience 

Some questions I would answer during this process: 

  • Who is buying their flowers? 
  • Where is most of the target audience located? 
  • How old is the target audience? 
  • What does the audience like to do? 

These are just a few of the major questions that would need to be answered when researching the target audience. 

Then I would proceed with developing an idea of their current business

How are they currently succeeding? 

Step Two: Developing the goals

This is where I would develop measurable goals using SMART goals. This is a very important step in the marketing strategy as these will be the goals that we will be trying to achieve throughout the implementation of our strategy. 

I would develop the goals around what they want to achieve, this could be: 

  • Driving people to the website/ storefront 
  • Creating awareness about the business
  • Generate high-quality leads 
  • Turning leads into sales
  • Etc. 

This is where I also focus on developing KPI’s for the business. Step Three: Conducting market research 

In this research I would focus on competitors and what they are doing to market their business and products. 

I would also look into research about what is currently trending and what trends other similar businesses are following, how they are implementing them and how I could implement them into the content. 

I would also do some general market research about how this specific niche of businesses implementing marketing tactics. 

Now is a good time to: Determine the right platforms and tools to use 

Once I have developed goals my next step would be to focus on determining what platforms and tools will work best for the flower shop and to reach the specific audience. 

This is where I would look into which social media platforms they already use, how they use them, and what other platforms can be implemented. If they already have their platforms in action then I would focus on how I can enhance that platform by implementing this marketing strategy. 

This is where I would also look into what tools are needed, such as content planners and schedulers, analytics tools, content developer apps such as canva, SEO tools,  any other important tools that could be used. 

When you have clear goals that are SMART and you have developed your target audience it is important to really understand what platforms and tools will work best for the brand/business as you need to make sure you are reaching your target and choosing the platforms that can help you attain your goals and KPIs. 

Step Five: Audit, plan content and media campaigns 

Now we get into the content, this is where I would focus on looking into what types of content will work best for the flower shop. 

I would focus on what goals I have created and look into what content will best help achieve those goals. I would also look at the target audience and see what types of content would best fit with them and what they would want to see. 

While exploring what content works best I would also implement a content planner, I would focus on my KPIs and SMART goals to develop a content planner. 

Step Six: Put it all into action 

Once the development of the marketing strategy is done, I would take action to actually implement it into the business using the content planner I have created. 

I would make sure to batch create content weekly to keep up to date with trends and make sure I am completing all content to make sure I am reaching my goals. 

When putting the strategy plan into action it is important to always assess the strategy and keep track of your KPIs.
